Google has introduced Video Ads recently called Video Units. Have not signed up yet, but I expect that I will shortly after I get home tonight. The post I have linked to has a sample embeded in it. Watch the video, it explains things a bit better than I ever will, although it does not mention payouts or conversions, wonder if they will be more or less profitable than the normal adsense fare.
